Howard Hanna Magazine Advertisements

As the coordinator for marketing in Howard Hanna’s Midwest region, I learned our brand in Michigan needed strengthening. Howard Hanna was seen as a Pittsburgh-based company unfamiliar with the local market, which was false. Using this knowledge, I put together a print campaign which was advertised in several local newspapers and magazines with our target demographic of buyers, sellers, and potential real estate sales associates. As the initial phase of strengthening our brand, this marketing campaign was successful in our Michigan markets. In addition, the brand and message were so strong that we have implemented this campaign throughout other regions of our company. These designs have been used as full page print advertising, direct mail, and email marketing. Spring and Summer 2015
