Howard Hanna Homes of Distinction Magazine

As a regional coordinator of Howard Hanna’s luxury home marketing program, I redesigned our 60+ page magazine featuring homes listed above one million dollars. This entailed starting from scratch and working within the Howard Hanna and Homes of Distinction branding guidelines. As a direct mail piece, approximately 30,000 copies were targeted to people in PA, OH, and MI with an income of over $100,000 and homes valued at $400,000 or higher. This magazine design received a 2014 MarCom Gold Award. The digital version of this magazine received a 2014 MarCom Honorable Mention. Spring 2014
